v Crop Room open for cropping Friday 12 noon until Sunday at 5 pm
v 6 foot table for EACH cropper!

Yard Sale - Sell your new or "slightly" used scrapping items to your fellow scrappers! Scrapping books, magazines, stickers, scissors, paper, embellishments, tote bags, stamps, etc. If you have a bunch of stickers or fibers, or embellishments, etc, please bundle the items in baggies. Example, bundle eight packs of floral stickers $1.00. Please label each item with your full name, price and table number prior to placing the items on the Yard Sale table. Each buyer will then go to the seller's table and pay them directly...this way you get to meet, mingle and make money!!
Ballroom Temperature - The ballroom temperature will be set around 70 degrees...but it is always best to wear layers since ballroom temperatures are sometimes uneven. Be comfortable - P.J.'s & Slippers, Sweatsuits, etc.
Things to Remember - Extension cords, power strips, duct tape, LIGHTS. Table cloth/shower curtain to cover your work area when you go to bed. SPILL PROOF mug (must have a lid) or water bottle, $$ to visit our vendors! Your album covers or spines of your albums that you want to get embossed.

Vendors - Creative Memories, Stampin' Up, Embellished Keepsakes Scrapbooking Store, Scrapbook Gal Apparel, Heritage Makers, Close To My Heart, Album Embosser, and a Massage Therapist!! There will be free classes to sign up for on Friday night. The vendors will each have a Door Prize drawing (valued at $50) on Sunday.
Classes with a fee- Our vendors will also be having some classes which require a fee. These classes are more involved (more time & supplies). You should pre-register with the vendor. Don't wait because the class sizes are limited. Look for the classes to be posted on the website in November 2009.
