Class Description:
Everyone is falling in love with chipboard word albums. Now build your own album! Choose any 3 – 7 letter word and we’ll help you customize it.
This fun and imaginative class will teach you how to assemble a chipboard name book, cover it with paper (that you choose from our store) and bind it with the Bind-it-All.
The class fee includes a customized word album (made from the thickest chipboard on the market), 12 x 12 papers to cover your album (which you choose from our store), use of distressing inks and our new “must have” Sanding Stick, wire to bind your book and the use of our amazing Bind-it-All machine.
Items you will need to bring to class…
· 12 x 12 Paper Cutter
· Adhesive for covering your word book (Scotch Tacky Adhesive liquid glue is recommended…we will have this for sale if you don’t have any and need it)
Techniques you will learn in class…
· Covering chipboard with paper
· Distressing your album with inks
· Work with Tim Holtz crackle Paints, paint dabbers, distress embossing powders & regular embossing powders
· Using our awesome Sanding Stick (once used, it will become a “must have”…it’s that good)
· How to use the Bind-it-All machine.
Customized word books must be ordered by January 4th so please register for this class ahead of time. We will have in stock word books, such as, beach, summer, vacation, family, love, etc… that you can pick from at the crop if you don’t pre-register and decide to take the class. Books are not guaranteed to be in stock unless you pre-register. Pre-registration is encouraged but not mandatory.

Flip Out Over Interactive Scrapbooking $15
Class Time: 1 hour
Do you have photo overload? You know…when you have so many photos from one event, that they spill over onto another layout. Do you find you’re struggling and agonizing on which photos to scrap? Let me show you the solution…interactive scrapbooking!
You’ll flip out when you learn how easy it is to incorporate MORE photos into your scrapbooks.
Create & Takes $5-8 depending on complexity
Let me help you get MORE scrapbooking done this weekend with these easy to put together kits. Everything is pre-cut for you. While the samples may show certain titles, you’re welcome to change the title to suit your needs. All you’ll need is your adhesive and if you’d like pop-dots. You’ll use Helen’s stamps, inks and tools to recreate these beautiful pages.

Do you love page maps & page sketches? Have you used one of CTMH’s how to books? If not, take your paper and photos over to Helen and she’ll show you how fast, simple and easy scrapbooking can be using Reflections, Cherish and Imagine. This class is on-going at Helen’s CTMH Booth.

FAMILY MINI ALBUM
Class time: 2 hrs
Class fee: $25
This is a mini album made of envelopes and papers from Teresa Collins. There are lots of pockets to hide little treasures. Students will also get the chance to try out the Bind It All to bind their album together. This mini uses lots of tags and transperancies. Students are encouraged to bring 3x5 pics or smaller of family but pictures may also be added after leaving the class.
Approximate number of pictures:
(9) 3x5 (or approximately that size)
(6) wallet or smaller
There is plenty of room for journaling or more pictures plus some of the pages are envelopes that you can put pictures, ephemera, etc.
MOLLY BECK DEAN
The following two classes are taught by Molly Beck Dean, a scrapbooker for more than 12 years who teaches scrapbooking classes and does scrapbooking home parties in the area. Flower Power
Love all the flower embellishments for scrapbooking but aren’t sure what to do with them? Take this class and walk away with two 12x12 layouts featuring flowers and a lot more ideas on how to use this wonderful accent in your scrapbooks. Please bring your own adhesive and 12 inch paper trimmer.
